Potter’s Vineyard winery is committed to staying small, producing less than 1,000 cases annually. Retired professionals Bill and Sandy Sanchez run the Newberg, Oregon-based operation, along with an assistant winemaker and tasting room associates.  They grow their own grapes, make their own wine, and create pottery on their estate vineyard.

With their brand Vino Vasai Wines, the winery has also captured the attention of Great Northwest Wine Magazine as the Oregon Winery to Watch for 2022, according to a recent announcement.

Celebrating major milestones, Potter’s Vineyard is reaching their 20th vintage of fruit from the Estate Vineyard, while Vino Vasai Wines has reached their 10th. In the last five years, their wines have also received multiple 90+ scores in reviews and competitions, including the 2016 and 2017 Barrel Select Estate Pinot Noir.

Additionally, Potter’s Vineyard/Vino Vasai Wines earned multiple medals: two double gold medals in the 2022 McMinnville Wine Classic Competition, following four double gold medals, and a platinum award in 2021.
